Dear Friends and Family,
As I write this letter today, Shiri Bibas and her babies are being laid to rest in their home, Israel. Tears and sorrow grip us all. We the Jewish People are being attacked at our
most vulnerable point, through our beloved children. We surely live in an age of hate and evil.
But G-d has always asked us to make the world a better place, no matter the circumstances. So I am coming to you to once again support a beautiful organization that promotes only good, Friendship Circle.
Paige has participated since she was nine years old and now is almost nineteen. Friendship Circle has remained an important part of her life, providing young friends who greet her with hugs, and an environment that caters to her special needs. FC continues to reach out and expand into other communities, offering more opportunities to an underserved population. It brings joy and fun and understanding. Our teenage volunteers learn the lessons of sensitivity, generosity of spirit and empathy they carry into adulthood. It provides support and a momentary escape for parents from their challenges.
